Registration with our forms
You have registered with a registration form, providing personal data. Only personal data from the respective entry fields used in the registration are transmitted.
The personal data you enter will be collected and stored for the purpose of event organization. We may pass on the information to one or more order processors or in certain cases to partners for specified processing, or for use within the company, if this is necessary to fulfill the specified purpose.
By registering on our website or on an event platform operated by us, the IP address assigned by the Internet service provider (ISP) of the data subject, the date, as well as the time of registration are stored. The storage of this data occurs in order to prevent misuse of our services and, if necessary, this data makes it possible to any criminal offences that may have been committed. In this respect, the storage of this data is necessary for the protection of the data controller. Personal data provided by the person registering, occurs on a voluntary basis and serves to offer the person content or services that can only be offered to registered users.
By registering, you agree that we and our relevant partners may send you relevant information. You can revoke this consent to send information at any time. Please send an e-mail with the subject “Revocation” to info@empolis.com. Please understand that certain services can only be provided with data processing.

Event photos and videos
By participating in an event (co-)organized by Empolis, you agree that recordings (in particular photos and videos) of you during the event may be made and possibly published (e.g. on websites, social media channels, flyers, event apps, etc.). Portrait photos will not be published; these are usually shots, in which the audience and participants can be seen in the background or shots showing several participants (e.g. during a conversation).
If you would like to have individual shots or scenes deleted, in which you can be seen, please inform the organization team and/or photographer/videographer during the event or contact us via email at info@empolis.com to do so. Please note that deletion may not be possible in exceptional cases (especially in the case of video recordings of talks/presentations or print materials that have already been printed). In such cases, however, we will strive to find a mutual solution.
